Vouchers
How do I redeem my voucher?
Shop on the site for your favourite items and add them to cart. At checkout, there is a block to enter your code. Once you press 'Apply', your total cart value will decrease with the amount on your voucher.
On desktop, the voucher block can be found on the right-hand side of the checkout page. On mobile, the block can be found on the payment page (the third page of checkout)
My voucher code isn't working

I have lost my voucher code

Delivery and Returns
How long does delivery take?
Delivery will take place 2-5 working days after the order is placed and confirmed on The Device Shop, depending where you are located.
We will send you an email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You will also receive an sms when your order is out for delivery.
Unfortunately, our customer care team doesn't have the ability to speed up delivery or give you more information than what is provided in your tracking link.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged at a flat-fee of R120 nationwide in South Africa.
How do I track my order?
Once a courier has been assigned to your order, you will receive a courier tracking link to keep track of your delivery.
You will also receive an SMS when your order is with the courier, and out for delivery.
Can I change my address after my order is placed?
Unfortunately you cannot change your delivery address after the order is placed.
Can I choose a delivery time and day?
Unfortunately you cannot choose your delivery time. We cannot guarantee delivery on a certain day, however if you reach out to us on hello@thedeviceshop.co.za, we will do our best to accommodate your request with our couriers.
Can someone accept my order on my behalf?
Of course! Our courier will hand over the package to anyone at the delivery address, provided they have the One Time Pin (OTP) for your order. Your OTP can be found in the SMS from the courier.
How do I log a return?
You can log a return by emailing hello@thedeviceshop.co.za. Our customer support team will be in contact to arrange collection.
My order is incorrect

Our website never closes – you are free to purchase 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, if you can't remember your password, click “Forgot password?”. Enter your email address and we'll email you a link to reset it.
